Trial Periods and Subscriptions
At times, Debt Free Lab may choose to offer a free trial period for new members. In such cases, the paid membership will begin after the trial period of time specified during the sign-up process and will continue on a month-to-month basis until you cancel your membership. The monthly membership fee will be charged to the method of payment originally provided.
Refunds
For memberships beginning with a trial period, there will be no charge should you cancel before the trial period ends. After the trial period has ended, you may cancel at any time; however, no refunds will be given.
For downloadable materials and other digital products, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in order to protect the products and the creator(s) from those who abuse refund policies, and to incentivize the users to fully try the program or materials prior to requesting a refund. To qualify for a refund you must send a request to support@debtfreelab.com within thirty (30) days of the original purchase and provide proof that you implemented the steps outlined in the program or material purchased or that you materially participated in the program, if applicable.
We reserve the right to evaluate all refund requests. If you qualify for a refund, you will be notified via email within two business days of your request submission.
